Ceramic Pavement, 2m dia commissioned by Friends of Worthington Park to commemorate the 200 anniversary of the birth of local scientist, James Prescott Joule.
The finished pavement will be unveiled on
12 April 2019 at 11am.
It was financed by the Friends of Worthington Park, Heritage Lottery fund, The Mayoral fund, Manchester Airport, and a private benefactor.
